You are solely responsible for keeping your WYN8 account login details confidential. WYN8 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact WYN8 customer support immediately.
WYN8 reserves the right to request identity verification (Know Your Customer – KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above the stipulated limit. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad or a valid Malaysian passport.
You may close your WYN8 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, please ensure all pending withdrawals have been settled. WYN8 also reserves the right to close accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months.

All Sports Betting at WYN8 — covering football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, Champions League), badminton (BWF), e-sports (MPL Malaysia, MLBB), tennis (ATP/WTA), and all other sports — is subject to the following rules:

The cash out feature allows WYN8 members to settle a bet early before the event concludes. The cash out value is calculated based on current odds and is final once confirmed. Cash out is not available on all markets and is subject to applicable terms.
All Live Casino games at WYN8 — including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and other table games — are operated by licensed third-party software providers. All game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed, except in cases of verified technical error.
